Khalli was founded in 2020 as an investment holding. Today it brings together three fronts under the same control standard: stakes in portfolio companies, real estate asset management and the proprietary technology that sustains both.
How we think
We come in as partners or administrators, never as occasional intermediaries. Each front of activity, be it a company, a property or a portfolio, only joins Khalli after complete documentary due diligence, and only stays under a standard of control and reporting comparable to a financial operation.
Technology is central to the thesis. The same system Khalli uses to track its own real estate portfolio is what we license to other administrators: we trust it to manage our own assets before we offer it to third parties.
We grow front by front. We prefer to manage well what is already under our control rather than multiply the number of stakes without real capacity to follow up.
What we do not do
The list below saves a conversation that would not move forward, in any of our fronts.
Passive investment
We do not come in as a check-and-distance investor. Every stake comes with an active role in governance and follow-up.
Brokerage or one-off intermediation
In the real estate pillar, we act as administrators, not as a walk-in agency brokering one-off sales.
Mandate without due diligence
No company, property or portfolio comes under Khalli's administration without documentary due diligence and a formal contract.
Outsourcing the tracking technology
The system that tracks every asset under our administration is ours, not a third party platform's.
The first month
Documentary due diligence
Complete assessment of the financial, legal and corporate situation of what is coming in, whether a company, a property or a portfolio.
Formal contract
Clear administration or participation terms, with each party's role defined before entry.
Onboarding into the control system
The asset starts running on the same tracking and reporting system used across Khalli's entire portfolio.
